Carlton’s Restaurant is a fine dining establishment that strives to
provide a premier dining experience, with a friendly and casual
atmosphere. No special attire is required, and their prices tend to be
slightly lower than other fine dining restaurants in town. They have
attempted to create a destination where one can enjoy live music and
great food at the same time.
The dinner menu is served from 5:30pm to
10:00pm (Tue. – Sat.) then at 10:00pm a full, late night menu is available until 1:30am for those who dine late or want a late night snack.
Their house musician and music coordinator, Evan Mook, provides soft Jazz on the
piano, from 8:30pm to 11:30pm (Tue. – Thurs.), and from 6:30pm to
9:30pm (Fri. and Sat.). They often have a Jazz duo, or Pianist and
Vocalist from 10:30pm to 1:30am (Fri and Sat.).
Carlton’s is also happy to accommodate large or private parties, as well as provide
catering.
